By accessing or browsing our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site.

1. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

2. Products & Pricing

Pricing Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless specified otherwise.
Product Descriptions: We strive to display the colors, design, and texture of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and lighting conditions.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to alter product prices, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payments are securely processed through authorized Indian payment gateway partners.
COD Orders: COD availability depends on courier serviceability at your PIN code. Additional verification may be requested for high-value COD orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are processed across supported PIN codes in India through our logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, weather disruptions, or local regulations.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All requests for returns, size exchanges, or refunds are subject to our dedicated [Refund & Exchange Policy].

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit after successful quality inspection at our warehouse.

6. Prohibited Activities & User Conduct

Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any information that:

Belongs to another person and to which you have no right.
Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invasive of another's privacy.
Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
Violates any law then in force in India.
Impersonates another person or contains software viruses.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including graphics, logos, brand names, product designs, text, artwork, images, and software—is the exclusive property of GS EVENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT and is protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VOID STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:

The use or inability to use our products or website.
Technical glitches, server outages, or payment gateway failures.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State, e.g., Siliguri, West Bengal], India.
